Recovering and restoring
Even in the extremely unlikely event that you are unable to restart Windows® after optimizing, it is always possible (and very easy) to restore your original settings and get your system running again.
See the Backups chapter in the Using the Modules section for details on restoring your data and settings in each module.
Ashampoo WinOptimizer 9 moves many types of deleted items to the Recycle Bin (if the appropriate option is active) so that you can restore them if you need to recover them. If you have set Windows® to empty the recycle bin automatically please disable this option before using Ashampoo WinOptimizer 9!
